I am a painter and fine art photographer, whose work focuses on the ever-changing urban landscape of Queens County. Past and current portfolios include; Queens County Parks (100 photographs of 32 parks) and How We Use Land (an ongoing documentary study of land use in the urban environment). I hold an MFA and an MS Ed. degree in art and education and have been a teaching faculty at Queens College, York College, Long Island University and most recently Nassau Community College.
My work is included in numerous private and public collections including The Museum of the City of New York, The Queens Borough Presidents office, and the Center for Photography in Woodstock. My work is currently on view at The Arsenal Gallery in Central Park and The Museum of the City of New York. I was an International Photography Institute fellow in 2002.
